Accelerated Digital Marketing Bootcamp

Need help with your digital marketing? We can help! Accelerated Version – 2020

Our next Digital Marketing Bootcamp is now open! This one is for those of you who want to just crank. this. out. We have accelerated the timeline and shortened weeks between sessions so you can just get this sorted out ASAP.

We have had major breakthroughs, really tough problems to figure out, awesome attendees, a few tears (in a good way), and we helped a bunch of businesses FINALLY figure this digital marketing thing out! Our attendees raved about the group learning experience, the knowledge they gained, and the accountability and plan to work through the whole program.

Is your business ready to figure out your digital marketing plan?!? All the details are below!

We know. It is a lot. There is a lot to know, to do, to manage, to measure and there is only so much time and resources to throw at it.

It’s difficult to know where to begin, and which tools to choose. How can you be sure you’re putting those limited resources to work for you in the best way possible?

We know you had good intentions and started out strong with your digital marketing. Individuals and businesses get busy and never took the time to build a plan. For many small businesses with limited resources, digital marketing is one of those things that gets pushed off for more pressing challenges.

It happens more often than you think.

Maybe you hired someone to build a website or run your Facebook page, but you’re still not sure how to get the most out of the time and money you’ve invested.

After working in digital marketing for over a decade, we do not think most companies in Maine need an agency. Many don’t need a marketing person. However, all of Maine’s businesses do need help with digital.

They need to figure out what they need, what they have, how it is going to get done, how it will help their business, and who is going to do that for them.

We want to help YOUR specific business!

Digital Marketing Bootcamp – Portland, Maine

For years we’ve seen small business owners in Maine spend time and money they don’t have, following well-intentioned advice, only to be left with a scattered collection of mismatched efforts and assets.

Our goal is to help you assess what you have, understand who you are, reach who you most want to serve.

We want to help you build a clear plan to execute a digital marketing strategy for your small business.

What’s Required

We ask that every business who wants to participate, commit to sending one person from their company for the duration of the experience.

In addition, this person should have the ability to make marketing decisions on behalf of the organization and have access to the necessary resources to make this experience a success.

In order to bring together a group of businesses with similar size and scope challenges, each organization will be asked to complete a simple application and a short phone interview with Amanda and Rob.

What this is not

This is not a program to sit quietly in the corner and take notes.

This will not be 30,000-foot views and best practices presentations.

This will be very hands-on for every person in the class.

This is meant to make a meaningful difference for your business.

The Details

Here’s an overview of what we’ll cover:

  • Session 1 – Auditing your Digital Assets
  • Session 2 – Analytics Overview – Simple Measures for Success.
  • Session 3 – Branding – Defining who you are and the problem you solve.
  • Session 4 – Audience Targeting – Defining who you want to serve.
  • Session 5 – Content Creation, Email Marketing and Automation, and SEO
  • Session 6 – Social Media and Social Advertising

In the end, you’ll leave know who you are, who you are trying to reach, how to reach them and a complete plan to execute on your own or with your team.

And if you’re thinking of engaging an agency for your marketing or hiring an in-house marketer, you’ll have a clear plan to use as a blueprint for your combined efforts, ensuring you get the most from those relationships.
